App would hang on certain menus in the new device process. After it synced, I turned everything back on with no issues connecting. I have never had to do that for a device. It eventually went through after white listing and turning off all security features on my router. I had to restart the new device process 10+ times because it kept getting stuck on “registering to cloud services”. Setting up a new device was horrible and not seamless. The issue is the not so great experience in general. Many other robot vacuums in the price range offer more advanced features and I would be very happy to see these become part of this one…that being said, it might be pointless since I can’t get the vacuum to update its software anyway and having an updated app that can’t control new software features would be just my luck □ It creates a new map every run and makes the same and new mistakes every time it runs. It’s not a huge deal but shows a lack of developmentģrd, the app features most notably the mapping is really just for show and doesn’t teach the device. I don’t have any other apps that lag like this one and hang on for every function and screen. It would be nice if it did this automatically along with the initial setup…issue is I’ve tried over 10x and it will never successfully update so I’m using the ordinal software 3.something when it’s now on 6.something…Ģnd, the app is laggy at best. Once it finally connected it wanted to update the software as it was clearly very out of date. The vacuum itself is great, so let’s just put that out there first.ġst I had trouble setting it up like many others.
